Recently upgraded to Fitbit blaze, my calorie burn since I have had it is over 4000 per day this is just from doing my daily job as a kitchen porter from 9-4, 6 days a week, I am consuming less than this and not loosing any weight.
Advice regarding if the Fitbit Blaze is reliable and figures I get a correct.
Thanks
Daniel

It should be fairly accurate, but it relies on the information you put in your profile when you opened your Fitbit account. It might be worth checking things are still correct as sometimes, after a software update for instance, some values can revert to the default. Also check that your stride length is accurately set.
Could it be that you are recording extra steps due to arm and hand movements? You can reduce the sensitivity to this by wearing the Blaze on your non-dominant hand but having the setting as dominant hand.
How are you recording your food intake? In my experience, unless you are weighing everything, people commonly underestimate the size of the portion they are consuming, often by as much as 50%.
Hope that helps.
