Fitbit blaze does not charge

Hey guys, I put my fitbit to charge as always and I did not see any sign of charging. I left it for an hour as I thought hat my battery was too low maybe and this is the reason of no indicator. After an hour still nothing is there. I changed the plug of the USB, I touched the dock with pins, it is placed in the right position and I don't know what else to do. I checked my iPhone and when I enter the app it says that my battery is dead and the app is " looking" for my blaze to connect. Please help 😔😩

I'm sorry to hear that your tracker is not responding at all and that it will not even charge 😕

 

Have you by any chance tried to restart it and see if ti comes one that way? If not, you can easily do this by pressing the left and lower right buttons for 10-12 seconds. This will make your tracker to reboot.
