Hi
I have just had a picture of an airplane on my Blaze screen and I couldn't access my stats, it vanished some time after, what does this signify and what would have made it appear?

There is a flight game that Charge 2 users get as a reward for hitting their daily goals. I'm suspecting Fitbit is planning this for the Blaze as well?

Great to see you around @Blaze-Runner. Could you please be more specific about the message you received and the inconvenience you are having with your tracker?
Hope to hear from you soon.

Hi Alejandra
Yesterday I looked at my tracker and there was a picture of an airplane on
my screen, I don't know how it got there or what it signifies. I pressed the
home button in the hope that it would return to the home screen without
success. I checked my iphone to see if I had accidentally changed any
settings, Bluetooth, Wifi etc and all appeared normal. I later checked my
tracker and the airplane had gone and all was back to normal?
My tracker didn't track any activity whist the airplane picture was on the
screen, do you know what the airplane signifies and/or what made it appear?
Any help would be appreciated
Regards

@Blaze-Runner go into your settings menu on the Blaze, see if there is an entry that might explain this.
While you are there, what version number is your firmware?

@Blaze-Runner It sounds like the tracker was in Airplane mode, a feature that is highly requested. Unfortunately i see no sign that this has been added, yoy have tge latestest firmware, the same as mine.

Thanks for the clarification @Blaze-Runner and @Rich_Laue thanks for stopping by.
As mentioned by @Rich_Laue, this is weird since there isn't an option to put the tracker in airplane mode. If you experience this again, I recommend restarting your tracker.
See you around.

I also get the airplane to appear. It appears after I have left it in the charger. Same thing, after an hour or two of wearing it, it goes back to normal operation. In the meantime I cannot tell time, track movement or, for that matter, use it for anything. Watch is basically unresponsive. The plane actually looks like an oveheard view of the space shuttle.
