Alarm repeating automatically?

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I set my alarm for a 4:00 am wake up this morning and it went off as planned.  I just looked again(its 9:00am) at my app and tracker and realized that it was set again to go off tomorrow again at 4:00 am which I do not wish to wake up at 4:00 am on my day off.  I checked to make sure that repeat was off.  I did not have this issue with my Charge, I could set it for the AM and it would not repeat unless I truned the alarm on again.  Anyone else having this issue or have a fix?

Thanks

Good to see you around @SunsetRunner 🙂

Please make sure that after setting up the alarm, the repeats option is set to "never", this means that no day should be selected for it not to take place again.

Also, just to make sure that all settings are as expected, try to restart your tracker by following these instructions and keep an eye on it to see how it goes.

Anything else, I'm here to help!

Mine did the same thing.  Set up a 1 time alarm, did not select recurring, and it went off the next day also.

Mine was doing this too until I went to delete the alarm.

It is set to never and I tried to reset the tracker but this did not fix the alarm issue. I did find a work around, I have to physically turn the alarms off on the tracker, that is the only way they will not reset during the snyc process.

I see this is an old post but am not able to locate a solution.

Has one been found?

My resetting of the tracker has not resolved the issue.  This was not an issue with my original Charge HR, I have only encountered it since replacing it with a Charge 2.

Hi there @Graufalke. Good to see you in the Community! 🙂

Have you already tried to delete the alarm and to set it again to see if this makes any difference? Try deleting all the alarms you may have, sync your tracker and then, set the alarms again and sync your tracker again to see if this makes any difference.

Let me know how it goes!

Thanks for the reply back.

Just did it again to check and had same result.

Deleted only the alarm that is the problem reset the tracker and deleted all the alarms and reset the tracker.

Alarm set to never will go off and upon ending it, it shows it will go off the next day.

I have an Alta and my silent alarm ALWAYS repeats, even if I had set repeat to "Never".

I set an alarm for this morning only, but I see it's scheduled to go off again tomorrow. Seems like a major glitch.  I've been noticing this since I've had my Alta (almost a year I think).
