Hi all,

 

Saw a few threads on here about call notifications, I have read many of the posts tried the things recommended. However nothing still seems to work. I don't think my phone is compatible to be honest, it's an Alcatel pop4. I tried to look if it was compatible but as far as I'm aware no, so probably answered my own question, but you never know.

It's great to see you around @douglass.

 

Here you will be able to see our list of compatible mobile devices. Alcatel Pop4 isn't a compatible phone and that might cause some connection issues between your tracker and it. You can always try the instructions provided in the My Tracker isn't receiving notifications (Android App) post but I don't guarantee it will work 100%.
