All Blaze Buttons Stopped Working

I’ve had my blaze for years with no problems, but today during my workout all three buttons stopped working simultaneously and now I am stuck on the screen with the activity rings. Thanks in advance for the help!

Have you removed the blaze from its mount and tried directly pressing the buttons?
