I started using fit bit since 2014. Since that time i used three fitbit models.
First, was the very basic model then charge hr. Finally, blaze. I always had problems but what kept me as a customer was the good customer service of fitbit. Recently, I got 2 issues with my blaze.
1) The battery doesnot sustain the fitbit operation like before
2) Hand strap started to tear.
The customer service advocate wanted that i take a picture for the damage. I sent 2 of them and he said that they are not good enough. If you dont want to address my issues, i am ready to go for another company. I am fed up with frequent failures of fitbit.

I have to disagree with your statement of "All Fitbits", i know too many people inluding sisters(1), brothers(2), cousins(6 if you include their children), coworkers(9), friends(at least 5), and a year and 8 months ago Target gave any employee that wanted a fitbit one for free(to many to count, im in Targets for 12 hours twice a week), and people I've run into(2 have mentioned problems, i specifically ask many how they like them just to find out if they have had problems)
For me my 5 year old Ultra still works, wore my 29 month old Surge in a 5k last weekend.
