Hi my Blaze is three days old. Firmware 8.401.3 It worked fine for two days BUT it counted yesterday's steps with today. I had the Blaze shut down whilst we had a barbecue on Sunday the 23rd, then i turned it on the next morning. Next issue is that it does not sync. My iPhone says i did 1571 steps but Blaze says 6873. I know the Blaze is wrong. If i go into my app and look at todays steps it has steps for a time that i WAS NOT wearing the Blaze, that time andd steps correspond to yesterday. Any Solutions? I have tried the usual suspects, Unbonding, the pairing again with the 4 digit code. Thanks. To all moderators reading: I will return my Blaze ONLY ONCE there will be no second chance. Data integrity is important and I am not awaiting the Pebble and Vektor merge to give me a better device. Thanks SORRY for tone but i spent a fair chunk of change on it.

My blaze also struggles to sync all the time, it is highly frustrating and wastes a lot of my time. My Flex 2 is slightly more reliable, but not much. What is also frustrating is i keep getting a message on my tab saying my bluetooth has stopped working, which is rubbish, as my keyboard is bluetooth connected, and that still works. I end up having to re-start my blaze and my tab almost every time I want it to sync, even that does not always work first time.

Hi Chrissieb71
Yesterday the Blaze carried over steps from Sunday. I kinda found "a" perhaps not THE problem. My last sync was ONLY over Bluetooth LE (Bluetooth Classic is to control music). Yesterday (Monday PM) i repeated my test pattern: shutdown the Blaze and put it away to next AM.This morning I turned ON Cellular data and then Bluetooth then I did the sync. Cellular Data Connection is for the APP to store historical data. My date and time settings were fine and still are. One issue though is that I had my iPhone 5S on my person but was not wearing the Blaze. As soon as my wife helped me to strap on (am disabled cannot use left hand) the Blaze and power on, Blaze took the steps counted by iPhone. Blaze overcounts steps YES I specified Dominant Wrist, whilst iPhone is more accurate. Yes I have another non Fitbit device. I spoke to a FitBit Rep in South Africa about the Cellular Data being on during sync and he suspects that I may be on to something. The guy is a rep ONLY he does not write code. Well I hope this helps.
