After 4 weeks of waiting for a replacement blaze due to the fact it’s not charging or lasting well and being advised to just turn off all settings (therefore making it a basic watch only) I was advised they couldn’t tell me when a replacement unit would be sent as the blaze is no longer manufactured I was offered a refund - 4 weeks later they advise they can’t refund me even though it was their proposal as I didn’t direct - this is a joke! I have a watch less than 9 months old which doesn’t work properly and so not fit for purpose and these idiots are essentially not helping at all. Anyone else had any similar issues? Or found out how to complain - apparently no complaints department or contactable person

@Chrisleech I would have tried the "Manufacturers Warranty". In Australia that is now 2 years and I'm awaiting Fitbit to alter their terms and conditions to reflect that. See this link
I asked one of my Fitbit retailers and they said they would refund provided it was purchased there.
