App not undating Blaze heart rate data

Hi my new Blaze is great but the heart rate chart graph on the App won’t update unless I switch the phone on and off which gets tedious. Any suggestions?

Hey there @mazzie. Great to see you in the Community Forums! 🙂

I'm sorry to hear that you're having problems with your heart rate data not showing up correctly and you having to turn your phone off and back on to get it to show... That's totally strange...

I can probably recommend just force quitting the app and then opening it again, also logging out of it and logging back in could work.

As a last resort, you could try uninstalling the app and then installing it back and see if this makes any difference. Please let me know how it goes!
