It hurts my wrist if I loosen strap it's to loose

 I'm sorry you're having problems with  the fit of your Fitbit Blaze 😕

I'd just like to make sure... you mean that if you use it tight, it's too tight but if you loosen it up, it will be too loose, is that right?

Are you moving only from one slot to the immediate next one or are you leaving more than one in between? Make sure you're only moving one at a time to ensure an optimal fit. If this doesn't work, please let me know!
