Yesterday the app wouldn’t open on my iPhone. It acted like it was going to but just got a white screen. After searching the help, I tried all the suggestions and eventually uninstalled and reinstalled the app. It then opened. Today it’s back to doing the same thing, white screen. Restarted the phone, still no good.
I don’t want to have to reinstall the app every time I want to use it

Hi there @txyogi. Great to see you in the Community Forums! 🙂
I'm sorry you're having problems with the app acting up. I have not heard much of this happening but a friend of mine was having this exact issue.
I would recommend making sure that the OS version on your iPhone is up to date. According to her, her version is a little old so this could be causing the app to act this way. If your iOS version is up to date and this is still happening, try opening the app and if this happens, force quit it by double pressing the home button and swiping the app up and then, open it again and see how it goes.
Let me know if you need more help with this!
