On you "blaze" drag the screen over until you reach the portion that says settings.
Click on the settings.
Drag from the bottom up until a region that says something on the lines of "bluetooth" pops up.
From there click until you reach the option of "Bluetooth classics".
After that is on, go back into your bluetooth settings on your phone
The option of "Bluetooth classics" should appear.
You should be able to connect from there.

Thanks a lot for taking the time to share this with us! I'd just like to add that this would work only on Android devices as with iOS devices, the Fitbit Blaze doesn't connect through the bluetooth classic mode but just the regular bluetooth on the phone.

This also is only needed for music control. The sync goed throigh a different channel.
