Thanks for the information @Lioness512. If you want to log your food from your Android device, you just need to follow the instructions I provided in my previous post. Now if you prefer to do this from a computer, you just need to do the following:
1. On your dashboard click the Log tab or go to http://www.fitbit.com/foods/log.
2. To find a food, enter the name in the search box; you can enter a brand name to narrow down the list.
3. If you don't see a matching result, there is a link to Add New Food in the suggested results list. Click that to add a food.
4. In the pop-up, click on the Add Nutritional Information button if you want to add nutritional content. If you only want to track calories, enter them and click Add Food.
Catch you later.

It's great to see you around @Lioness512. Could you please tell me which steps you do to log your food? In the meantime, you can log it by doing the following from your Android Fitbit app:
1. Tap the "+" icon
2. Tap "Log Food"
3. Select Frequent, Recent or Custom
4. Enter your food
5. Tap Log This
Hope to hear from you soon.

try to log food, I start typing and nothing happens. when I try to tap the
box for How much , the 1st box of information disappears. This is really
frustrating. I have deleted both the app and cleared the cache on my Galaxy
S7 thinking it was my phone, but I also tried this on my PC, and the food
laws that used to automatically populate when I would start typing does not
do that anymore. Nothing happens and I cannot log food. Please help me!

the search box like you said, and then click on the box that indicates how
much, winter, actually disappears and I am unable to save or add any food.
I don't know if this is an issue with the version but I am certain that I
am not the only person who is having the same trouble with the auto food
log not working. Even when I try to add food by itself, it still would not
work on my computer or my Android device.

I am also having problem logging in food. My phone is IPhone SE. It there if their has to be in deleting data for space?
After hitting the + and seeing the menu where you log the food it has a place where frequent, recent, and custom. So regarding logging in food what does these switch to these words have to do when logging in?
