Is there a way for you to lets say set up for your sleep to automatically record from 11pm-6am without manually entering every day individually. I move in my sleep to much for it to work accurately

Hi there @Bokor. Great to see you in the Fitbit Community Forums! 🙂
When it comes to sleep tracking, unless you track it from the Fitbit app (which will not give you Sleep Stages but will only give you Sleep Patterns) there's no way to make your tracker record your sleep for a specific time frame.
Your tracker relies on your movement as well as on your heart rate to determine if you're asleep or awake and which sleep stage you're on, so if you move a lot, but you're asleep, it should have no problem recording that based on your heart rate.
Hope this makes sense. Anything else, I'm here to help!
