BLAZE SCREEN FROZEN

My FitBit Blaze has frozen.  The battery was low so I put it into the charger.   The blue dotted screen appeared and that's all I have seen for the last 4 hours.  It should be charged by now, but I can't turn it off, the buttons have no effect.  Any suggestions?

Firbit blaze froze showing a orange alarm temperature. Unable to reset. This problem occured after swimming with a fitbit. Pleast help.
