Lately I have discovered that my BPM will register a good 20+ points higher than what it truly is. Has anyone else encountered this problem and is there a fix for it? My Blaze showed 160 BPM when I was doing just a slightly fast walk. I should have been registering at 110-125.

Hi there @VinnyGirl. Good to see you in the Community Forums! 🙂
I'm sorry you seem to be having problems with your heart rate monitor not being accurate 😕
I'd like to know if you're comparing your heart rate to another device or a chest strap for example that indicates that the heart rate on your Blaze is incorrect.
Also, regardless of if you're comparing it to another device or not, I would really recommend restarting your tracker. You can easily do this by pressing the left and lower right buttons for 10-12 seconds. This will make your tracker to reboot and everything should be working correctly.
Try that out and let me know how it goes!

Good afternoon! So I've tracked my BPM the old fashioned way. At the height of my workout, count the beats for 15 seconds and multiply it by 4. This gives me my BPM, which is at least 20 points lower than what the Blaze is telling me. I did do the hard restart, but it did not help.
If I check my BPM while resting, the Blaze is definitely spot on. It's when I exercise that the BPM are way too high on the Blaze as opposed to checking the old fashioned way.
