Hi,

One of my fitbit blaze left button is not functioning, i couldnt go back to home screen once i navigate to other pages. However i discover some strange incident, once i shut down and the moment i turn it on by clicking the left button, it works normally. Which means i am able to use the left button to turn on my blaze, but i am not able to navigate back to home screen. I suspect that this could be version issue? Try to check online for solution but theres none, i even tried to clean my fitbit watch but the issue still exist.

Hi there @YiuChern, welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums! 🙂

I'm sorry to hear that you're having problems with the back button on your Fitbit Blaze not working correctly. Thanks for what you've tried to get it to work. I'd like to help you out.

Adding to @WendyB suggestion, I can recommend trying to see if you can restart your Blaze. You can easily do this by pressing the left and lower right buttons for 10-12 seconds. This will make your tracker to reboot.

If your Blaze doesn't respond to the restart, you might want to try to set it up as a new device. Before doing this, make sure that the Fitbit app is up to date and that your OS is also up to date. Then, proceed with the setup process.

For this, go to the Account section at the top right corner on the Fitbit app and select the option that says "Set up a new device". Follow the on-screen instructions and once you're done, your tracker should be syncing without a problem.

If the back button still doesn't work after this, feel free to let me know and I'll be happy to provide more assistance.
