Love my blaze. My back button stopped working. How do I get it fixed??

First step would be to contact customer support via this link:

Hey @Steve7205 i did a search of the forum, always the best first step and often gets an answer immediately,, i found this solved thread.. His solution was to swipe to the settings, tap the screen, then scroll to shutdown. Tap and confirm. No buttons to press., no press any button to restart.

Thanks tried that already didn't work. Going to contact customer service.
