Yesterday I worked my butt off to get 100 floors badge. But yet I only got credit for 75 floors.  I actually hit 107 floors.  Also I had 35,000 step badge. And since the new dashboard I have lost that badge and have only a 30,000 badge.  What's the deal here. also I posted this same.subject last night and it disappeared.

It's great to see you around @RealBlaze and @WendyB thanks for stopping by.

Have you already followed our friend's recommendation and contacted our support team? Did you manually log any type of activity that might have taken away some of this information? If you didn't, I recommend performing a force sync from your computer:

  1. Click the icon with a Fitbit logo located near the date and time on your computer.
  2. Click Open Main Menu, and then click Sync Now. You may be asked to sign in, after which your tracker should sync with your account.

Hope to hear from you soon. Woman Happy
