Basic sleep and out of range heart rate

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I've exhausted all possible options on how I can remedy the problems I'm having, the heart rate is showing as 'out of range'which I suspect is the reason why I only get basic sleep recorded. The watch is neither too tight nor too loose, I've tried all the different positions from my wrist bone... I'm at a loss!

Have only had this since August and I'm seriously considering returning for a refund... any help would be gratefully appreciated

Exactly where are you seeing 'out of range'?

If you mean below or above zone, that's probably that you have a custom heart rate zone set and you are not in that custom zone.  That would have nothing to do with sleep sensing.

See Why don't I see sleep stages today?

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Thank you for your reply...

I'm not aware of having set up any specific heart rate so how would I remedy that?

I've tried all the suggestions regarding the sleep analysis and nothing is making any difference... any further help would be gratefully received please

Your zones are automatically set by your age, because your heart rate max is determined by your age. I think you are "out of range" when you are asleep because you're not in an exercise zone because your heart rate has fallen too low (obviously you don't want your heart rate to be that high during sleep)
