Battery Charging set up

Hi,

So I bought a fit but blaze today, and I'm trying to set it up. 

It won't get off the set up page because the battery is low.. 

However I have put it on charge for about an hour and it's not charging at all!

 

Can someone help me please!?

Are you sure it's not charging? It won't show a charging indicator or anything other than that setup message until the setup is complete.

 

If it still won't do the setup after the hour on charge then try charging on different USB power source. I find the wall charger I use for my phone works well.
