Battery/Charging

Hey guys,

 

So i just bought the Blaze yesterday, and i am trying to charge it but all the screen says is "fitbit.com/setup" I can't set it up cause the charge is too low. anyone have any idea why this is happening? I have plugged it into a computer USB and also into a wall charger, i have held the buttons down to try and reset and it wont do anything. thank you

Yeah this happened to me too, just keep it plugged in and wait, it looks like nothing is happening but eventually it’ll start

Thank you! that's what i thought, just cause the battery is so low, might just need to sit. Did you plug it into a computer or wall charger?

I plugged mine into the computer. It’s kind of annoying cause it doesn’t give any indication of what’s going on but just give it a while 🙂

yeah it is annoying for sure, just shows the setup screen. I will plug it in and check it in a few hours, thanks for your help!=)
