I have an iPhone, and the last couple of days I can't get my blaze to last even a day. I have never had a problem for the past 9 months. Any idea what happened?

I'm having the same problem. I get less than a day all of the sudden. It started about 4 days ago I'd say

@Kyle1 check your settings for your heart rate. If its set to on, change it to auto or turn it off. Also turn your auto sync off. After my last update for some reason auto sync and heart rate switch to on. You might also check your notifications if you get a lot of notifications from your phone it might also drain the battery. I would think the heart rate monitor would be your problem if it is set to on.

I'm kind of wondering what the point is of having this device if the heart rate function, one of the most basic it offers, is the cause of battery drain. I want to know my bpm; it's one of the reasons I bought this thing. If turning off everything is what's required, I should have just bought a watch. Except... I didn't want a watch or I would have just bought a watch.

@Matchlessorinda, you can set your heart rate to auto and still get your bpm. I'm not sure why setting it to on drains the battery faster . I have mine set to auto and so far I'm still getting 5 to 6 days per charge and I can see my bpm when I check my blaze. I do have my auto sync turned off. I also have my all my notifications turned on but I don't get to many calls, texts or emails.

I tried setting it to auto and it stopped reading my bpm. Everything has gone wrong on it in under 24 hours. I'm so frustrated.
I think this thing was a waste of money or I got a lemon.

@Matchlessorinda, so in your last response you said you tried to set heart rate to auto and your bpm stopped. When you click on your blaze and click on heart rate you should see what it set to. If you are not getting your bpm when it set to auto I would contact customer support. They will be able to help you with checking some setting and if something fails while checking your settings most likely your blaze has a problem. Fitbit is pretty good with replacing a bad unit. If you don't contact customer support to report your problem and ask for help you may get very frustrated. If you read all of the instructions on using your blaze and have tested all the different options and it's still draining your battery, then something is wrong with your blaze. Good luck. Make sure to contact customer support.

Mine is doing the same thing. Yesterday, it wouldn't display any stats just a large red battery icon - no time, steps, nothing displayed. I'm going to have to restart it and put it on the charger. Anyone have any solutions?

My blaze is not lasting the 3-4 days it used to, and never the 7 days others claim.  I am now getting a day to 1 1/2 days before the red line shows low.  I'm not sure how long it lasts.  I 1st had it go dead a few times because I usually dont need to check battery for a few days.  All functions and notifications are off and still the same.

@Woman4virtue, you might try the steps from the link below. Not sure if you already seen this. It's from Fitbit website.

Thanks. I have tried these. It shows it is charging and completes a full charge. Then goes dead after 1-2 days. Or twice as fast as before.
