Hi,
As of about a week ago my battery is only lasting one day, if that. There's no connectivity throughout the day to drain it at all, it just runs itself down being used as a standard watch.
Has anyone else has this issue and if so how was it resolved?
Cheers
Not yet, it won't download to my tracker. Did that fix the issue?
Best AnswerUpdated it this afternoon so I'll find out tomorrow

It's great to have you here @Adamstanding and @Uberteknix! Thanks for the troubleshoot that you've done. When you're updating your tracker's firmware it will drain a bit of your battery, so it's recommended that your Fitbit is connected to the charging cable.
However, you mentioned that you haven't done the update or that you just did it. Please confirm you've properly charged it and restarted it by following the steps provided above.

Yes I did all that today
I have spoken to someone from customer support and they have said there is something wrong with my battery and opened a case
thanks Adam
Best AnswerMy Blaze has been updated and battery life is still only about 10 hours before the screen turns to the Fitbit symbol. I have deleted the app, reinstalled, and synced it again with no resolve. Any other suggestions?

I'm glad to hear that you opened a case with our Support team @Adamstanding!
Hey there @PennyX01! Thanks for the troubleshoot that you've performed. I believe this is an issue related to the tracker itself and not to the app. I would like you to make sure you've restarted it and you're properly charging it.
