I charged my blaze yesterday afternoon and it's down to medium this morning.
How do I prevent this from happening?

When I wrote my post, I explained in it that I have everything turned off that I don't use. What I have on, I need, but for some reason it was cut out. Maybe the comment I had in there that it turns it into an expensive watch, which is not my son's reason for wanting me to have it, if I turned everything off that you're recommending, wasn't liked?
I need the heart monitor. I need the notifications for text messages and phone calls. I need the screen to light up when I turn my wrist because when I'm receiving a call or text, I found out it won't light up on its own, if I have it turned off. I have shut it off. I have done the soft reset.

This is a SW issue comming with the latest updates cca 2-3 weeks ago.
The batery drains in less than a day with all turned off.

For me at this time I am in the process of going for the 5 days of using the watch unti it drains. This is per instruction by Fitbit. Placed on full charge last night. When I received my watch and set it up also came with an update. Has any of you receive and updates recently? Noticed that the watch came out February of 2016 in seeing some of the dates of your post I guess I'm the new kid on the block.

3 weeks ago I've charged every 4 days. This features were always on: Quick view, HR auto.
Then 2-3 weeks ago there was a SW update and the batery started be empty in less than a day.
When all features are off the Blaze could run less then 30 hours.
I use the blaze since 05-21-2017.

Well hello back thanks for responding. Seems we are both on a learning curve.May I ask which phone device you are using? I am on a experiment with Fitbit which I fully charge my Blaze started Tuesday fully charged turning off things that drain the battery. Have you found out yet if your phone is comparable with the Blaze. When finding that that could be the start of the problem. Then suggesting if you have not yet upon finding do the uninstall/ reinstall routine. First delete from the app then delete the app.

From from your comment being the new kid might night understanding the HR was that another Fitbit you tried before the Blaze? There is a menu that tells if your phone is comparable with the Fitbit. You may want to check that first, if have not already.

Hello to you on the main screen after you push the screen to the left until see The one under settings . You tap on it and see different settings in which you can see which is turned on. There is a setting that turn off that function of lighting up when you turn the wrist. It also controls the ringing on your phone of who is calling. Have you seen the different watch faces you can choose? Your concern was for those you have mentioned that you wish in turning on.

I do not see if I responded to you before this but here it goes. First off good evening. Now not knowing if your phone is compatible to the Blaze find out that the Samsung,I had was not compatible complete with the Blaze. May I ask which phone are you using? That may be a good start in checking. But you are not having any syncing problem just the battery?

I have the Apple 7plus and it syncs just fine. I have it where it only syncs when I want it to. I am using notifications for phone calls and texts, I have the heart monitor on auto, as it suggested, I have the display light up when I turn my wrist, and I have only one alarm set to go off in the morning. Everything else is turned off. When I take it off for any reason, I shut it down as well. I just full charged it last night, and it's already at the medium mark, again. I went through all this with my Alta last year. It is definite a software issue, again. They need to get it fixed.

Hello I never had the Apple Surplus that is a new one on me. You say that it is charging and that it indicates the charge is full. And it is medium in the morning.
That is strange. You are able to charge the tracker at any time, and I know this is frustrating I feel you, but do you know fully if it is compatible with your phone?
I had read that that the Apple Watch is not comparable with an Android which is weird in itself. The best thing I suggest to check all the evidence on your end so to speak. If then all things are a go then I agree with you; you got a case. I agree when someone said they making the more expensive ones without fixing the ones they have. I have the problem as others not showing. the sleep stages. I had bought that to their attention.
