Battery draining within a day

I have had my FitBit Blaze for about 6 months, and there has not been a battery issue until just a few days ago. It would hold a charge of around 3-4 days, now it will not work even a single day.

I do not know why this happened and would like to find a solution, a replacement, or a refund.

I’m having exactly the same trouble .. yesterday it was fully charged at about 10am.. today’s it’s so low it wouldn’t give any readings .. I’m not syncing it constantly so I don’t know why it’s losing charge so quick .. very disappointing.. this is the 3rd Fitbit I’ve had , the first two the straps broke and now I’ve got no battery .. seriously thinking of going to garmin or similar

So the people at Fitbit want me to fully charge it and switch off all its other functions , so no notifications,no reminders,no alarms .. and to use it as normal , but surely if I’m switching all these actions off, which I use, I won’t be using it as normal and if I have to switch all these actions off , then what’s the point in having them ? Surely a product which is less than 14montjs old should last aliitle longer than it does
