Battery drains very fast

Hi, 

Suddenly my battery has starting to drain after just some hours so need to charge it twice a day, before it last 3 days at least. 

Anyone knows what to do?

I am having the same issue. It just started not too long ago.  I can barely get a day out of it now when it used to go 4-5days.  I have cleaned the contacts on the back of it. Rebooted it.  Still running down very fast.

Yes I read it. Not very helpful. Why should we have to switch features off.  Mine is still under warranty.

Hi, 

i have also tried instructions without success, have to charge battery 3 Times a day. Not so nice, since I really liked my Fitbit before☺️

colud you please escalate my issue aswell?
