Yesterday my Fitbit Blaze showed a low battery screen, and I thought it strange that I hadn’t received a notification from the app. I charged it for 4 hours but the screen didn’t change. The app says that the battery is full. The Blaze will not reset - it doesn’t react to the buttons other than the back button briefly displaying the low battery screen.

Hi, @RossBrown! The app will only update once it's synced, so it makes sense that if the tracker is having some issues, the app will not reflect that. Have you tried a factory restart? I believe (if it doesn't work, you may want to do some poking about) that you use all three buttons to do that.

Thanks MakMak. The app did sync whilst the Blaze was in the charging cradle this morning, and showed full battery but the device itself still showed empty. The device isn’t reacting to any reset attempt (left + bottom right, or all 3 buttons)...
