Battery indicator between Blaze and App

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

My Blaze shows a drained battery, my app shows it as full. Second day this happens. When I put it to charge it shows as charging normally, then full, then it drains really fast (less than 10 hours), but the app still shows it as full. I restarted it several times, no changes.

Great to see you here @MishuRO.

Keep in mind that in order to see your information updated, your tracker needs to be constantly syncing with your phone. If the issue is directly with syncing, I recommend follow the instructions provided in the Having trouble syncing? post.

Now, if it is with the Blaze battery life, in this post you will be able to see some tips to follow.

I hope this helps, let me know the outcome. Robot Happy

Hi Alejandra,

Unfortunately, the issue is much more serious: my Blaze goes from full charge to zero in less than 5 hours. I don't have notifications active, screen is set to dim, the all day sync is not working anyway (it only syncs when I open the app). I don't want to give up quick view and hr, that will turn the blaze useless.
I really don't know what to do at this point.

Thanks for the information @MishuRO.

Since the troubleshoot provided didn't work, I've gone ahead and escalated your case to our Support Team, for them to take a deeper look at this, please keep an eye on your inbox for further instructions.
