Battery is not charging

My battery is not charging.

it very slowly got to half charged overnight and as soon as I took it off charge, it went to flat again.

the green lights on back on are not flashing either

i have tried reset (left button and bottom right); I have tried shut down but it won't turn off

How are you charging your tracker? Phone charger or computer, use the phone charger. It should take no more that 2 hours.

plugged charger in computer usb, no battery symbal no green light just fitbit symbal after 4hrs on charger.

Hello @nobatterycharge, does your tracker have the messahe http://fitbit.com/setup?  There will not be a battery icon.

Is it setup?
