I had charged my dead fitbit blaze this morning until it was fully charged. 5 hrs later, its dead again. I had no issues with the blaze until today as it normally lasts for over 3 days. What coudl be wro f

What type of charger are you using? Should be UL certified charger. Has lower voltage. Or plug it into your computer.

I was using the charger that came in the box and was plugged into my laptop to chage.

I'm having a similar problem after installing the Firmware update on Thursday. The instructions for the update said it could take "up to 10 minutes," and mine took an hour. I charged it Friday overnight, then about 24 hours later, the battery was almost dead. I just re-charged it again this afternoon, so I have to wait and see how long it holds the charge this time. I charge it using the charger that came with my Blaze.

I would suggest calling or emailing fit bit customer service to escalate
your issue. Good luck!!!

As far as I know as long as you use UL charger or your computer / laptop to
charge the battery should charge properly. I would suggest getting in touch
with fit bit. Their customer service takes about 2 business days to reply.
