Battery not lasting

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

My Blaze battery no longer lasts. I have to charge it 3 times or more a day just to make it thru I put it on the charge when I get home from work at 530 till I go to bed at 10 pm, I have to charge by 6.30 when I finish my work out and I don't even put in work out mode of any sort as it always starts and pauses on its own as I do kickboxing and with wraps and gloves work out mode does not work well but that is not the issue the issue is we pay a good chunk of money for these and it won't stay charged I have tried turning off heart rate alarms notifications etc it does not help and what is the point of a smart watch if you can' t use it to its full capacity. Have also checked charger to be sure it is charging and it does.

Good idea they told me it was a problem with Samsung s8 and Samsung has to fix it and recommended I use a different mobile device which would require me to purchase a new phone when mine is only 4 months old however they have the Samsung s8 listed as a compatible device.

I have followed all the recommendations on this post and the blaze still will not hold a charge for more than 6-8 hours. Basically, I have a useless bracelet. What is the next course of action?
