Battery won't fully charge

My Blaze has been in the charger for about 4 hours and I'm not getting an indication that it's fully charged.  I've read that the small battery indicator on the top left should turn green, but it's still blue and moving.  I've only had it for 6 days.

Also See this thread for charging best practices. If you are not charging it correctly you could be damaging the battery

This is my third and final Fitbit. They all seem to last about I year and then I have problems with them. I refuse to invest any more money in a product with a 12-18 month lifespan. About a week age the battery started needing to be charged every other day when I usually go 4-6 days off of a full charge and now it doesn't work at all!!!
