Battery won't hold a charge

I’m having the same battery issues reported by other users. My Fitbit is two years old, is difficult to charge and won’t hold a charge. I’m very disappointed.

Thank you for the information provided regarding the Blaze that is not holding a charge. I understand that you've seen similar experiences in the forums, could you please confirm if you already tried any of the troubleshooting steps mentioned in other threads? Or let me know if you already tried following the troubleshooting steps in this article for battery not charging, or these steps for battery draining problems. 

 

Make sure that you've also completed the restart procedure described here
