Blaze Notifications keep popping up with no notification

My notification feed keeps popping up on my Blaze display even though it says I am caught up.  It appears that my bottom right button may be malfunctioning.  I have tried resetting and turning off notifications multiple times.  It appears to me that I can see the area next to it light up before the no notifications pops up.  Help Please!

It's great to have you here @Vwcrunr.

Thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself. Since the restart procedure didn't work, I recommend setting up your tracker as a new device by doing the following from your Fitbit app:

  1. From the Fitbit app dashboard, tap or click the Account icon.
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.

Remember to sync your Blaze before doing this.

Let me know the outcome. Smiley Happy

I get it too - sometimes in the middle of the night so I can't wear it anymore at night. It started a week ago.

Support will tell you to restart the watch (Duhhh) - then they tell you to turn off notifications (did that), then they tell you to disconnect bluetooth (did that)...

And it STILL pops up notifications - Displaying that notifications are off (weird)... then it reads 'loading music', then it reads 'no music' (because I don't have any), then the +/- for volume displays... for the music I don't have I guess.

After all the 'support' I got - it's even worse... I can't wear it anymore.

I asked if there was some kind of firmware update - because if it is doing this with no Bluetooth it is something with the watch itself.

I do see some screws on the back - since it's already broken I may just see if I can take apart and clean?

I'm shopping for a new smart watch (not FitBit)... I'll hate to lose my sleep history and all that, but there are a lot more choices out there now...
