How old is it?

Mine just turned 15 months and the same thing happened.  Contact customer support, I used their twitter account, and got a reply back within minutes and they tracked my tracker battery status and confirmed there was an issue and made a trouble ticket.  Within a day customer service sent and email to do the basic troubleshooting (turn off notifications, change heart rate to auto, brightness to normal, quick view off, turn off auto sync on your phone then charge the battery up, document the time and sync a couple times, until drained.

They then confirmed it was the battery and since I was outside the 1 year warranty, they gave me a 25% off voucher for a new one.

A warm welcome to the Community @SuperM77 and @Poolzer thanks for stopping by.

If you are experiencing battery issues, I recommend taking a look at this post and follow the instructions provided there. Now @Poolzer, it's great to hear that you received a 25% discount. Keep in mind that you can use that discount to purchase any of our trackers, visit this page where you can compare them all and select the one you like the most.

Let me know the outcome. Woman Happy

Alejandra,

Actually they didn't let me choose from all of the products, only certain ones. And unfortunately, all the blazes are on back order, up to 8 weeks. I am hoping they're fixing the battery issue that many have seen after 15-16 months of use.

I have the same problem, purchased my Blaze 13 months ago. So the best solution is a 25% discount coupon? Seriously? Why in the world would I spend that kind of money for a device that only lasts a year again?
