My Blaze only works when it is connected to the charger. It registers as fully charged, is able to sync with my phone when on the cradle, but as soon as it is removed from the cradle, it dies completely.
No response to button presses. I tried to reset it using Left button + Right bottom button - both with the Blaze outside of the charger, and with the Blaze connected to the charger. When in the cradle, it does appear to feel the button presses, but not outside.
