Fitbit logo blinking constantly

Looking for some help. The logo is blinking on the screen, but the Blaze was working earlier in the day yesterday (started blinking last night, still going). It will not restart. When I hold down the buttons to restart it seems to pause momentarily around 10 seconds, but continues to blink even if I’m holding the restart buttons. I don’t know what else to do. I read similar posts and followed instructions Suggestions?? This has never happened before.
