Blaze losing charge quickly

The Blaze is losing charge within 12 hours.  Seems to charge fine and has a full charge in a reasonable time.  Fully charged this morning.  Almost fully depleted by the middle of the afternoon.  Help please!

Thank you for all the details that you've provided about the Blaze that is loosing charge within 12 hours. 

 

I've sent your information to the Customer Support team for further assistance with this, but was informed that you already have a case created or that you already got in touch with them.
