Blank Screen, but unable to reset

My Fitbit Blaze will sync and charge but has a blank screen. It will not respond to a reset. I have tried holding the buttons down for as long as 45 seconds but do not get the Logo on screen, Instead it stays blank. It does vibrate a bit after a few seconds, but no success with the screen, It seems to do everything properly through the app (steps, heart rate, calories, sleep, etc). The app tells me the unit is charged (and charges). I have healthy green lights on the backside. Very puzzling behavior. Hopefully someone can provide the insight needed to get this thing working again.

Hello @sbtandm and welcome to the Community.  The Blaze is an older model device that was discontinued in 2018.  It hasn't received any updates in years.  I think your screen has failed.  I don't know of any troubleshooting that can help if a restart fails.
