My screen on my Blaze is either missing half of the words or images or is completely blank. I took it off last night and when I woke up this morning, that's what I found

Hi, @Baker1886, I would suggest a restart. If there is no improvement repeat this procedure two or three times. If that still doesn't sort it out, it is time to get in touch with Customer Support (contact.fitbit.com) . Be sure to tell them the troubleshooting steps you have already tried. If you get in touch via email, a photograph of your screen will help.
