Blank screen

My Blaze shows that it’s charging but when I take it off the screen is blank. I tried to restart but that’s not working either. Help!?

They were unable to help me restore functionality to my Blaze. It really upsets me I loved my blaze! I am looking at other options to replace my Fitbit.
