Blank/very dim screen

I noticed yesterday my Fitbit screen wouldn't come on, I closely looked at the screen and could see that it was very very dim, but I always have it set at high for the display, it's fully charged, tried the holding down all buttons to reset it but unable to tell if it has as screen still very Dark and unable to read?? Any suggestions??

If restart is not solving the problem then I would Contact Support
