I'm trying to setup my Blaze on Windows 10 and it is not listed in the device list in the app on my phone (lumia 735), tablet (Surface Pro4), or laptop.
Though Blaze appeared on the re-install, the app "could not connect to fitbit" to setup the device, so I ended using fitbit connect...glad I still have doggles.
i should have specified...worked on my surface pro. haven't been able to sync yet, and doesn't show on my windows 8.1 phone.

I am having the same issue on my Windows phone (Lumia 1020). I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app and rebooted the phone. The app shows a phantom device without a name is connected to it. I haven't synced it since I set it up on the laptop at about 18 hours ago. I can't get it to sync to the computer or the phone app. This is extremely frustrating, I've been trying anything and everything for almost an hour!
Best AnswerI could be wrong, I often am many times an hour....but I thought it was not compatible with Windows phones?

That's only the notifications feature, the same as for all of the other recent trackers.

Best AnswerSame problem with my Lumia 735. Installed / uninstalled the app from the Store 3 times; still does not list the Blaze. Was able to install from my Windows 10 PC, which was extremely painful and I will not go into that here. After, I was able to snyc the Blaze with my phone, but there is not a name assocaited with the device on the phone app; that description field is blank.
Bottom line is the Windows Phone 8.1 app does not give the option to setup the Blaze. Will we see an update soon? Thanx...
Best AnswerMaybe I'm missing something, but once your Blaze is setup and attached to your Fitbit Account, then on the phone app when logging into the same account your Blaze should be listed, and the App should then know what device to sync with. No setup should be required.
Best AnswerRegardless, the Blaze still does not show up in a list of installed / synced devices on my phone like my Charge did. Bottom line is the app does not function as it should. It should be fixed for future customers. Otherwise, just state that setup is not available on the phone app and must be completed on Windows 10 PC.
