Blase not listed

I'm trying to setup my Blaze on Windows 10 and it is not listed in the device list in the app on my phone (lumia 735), tablet (Surface Pro4), or laptop.

 

Though Blaze appeared on the re-install, the app "could not connect to fitbit" to setup the device, so I ended using fitbit connect...glad I still have doggles.

 

i should have specified...worked on my surface pro. haven't been able to sync yet, and doesn't show on my windows 8.1 phone.

Someone replied earlier that they have informed fitbit of the issue with Windows 8.1 phones, so I suspect a fix will come. Meanwhile, I'm syncing through my tablet and laptop just fine.

Now December and still this issue has not been fixed! Very disappointing. I am now considering returning my new Blaze and going back to my previous tracker.

 

It is simply not good enough to ignore Windows phones...
