Blaxe fitbit

My Blaze  fitbit does not record my sleep...my wife placed it on her wrist and it recorded her sleep.. cheers

Perhaps it is mad at you for calling it a Blaxe instead of Blaze 🙂

 

Make sure the watch is secure on your wrist not too tight though.  Are you a restless sleeper eg move around a lot? that would probably impact on it's sleep detection. Is it fully charged? Try placing it on the other wrist for a night and see if that works. 

 

Also if you're dead it may not pick up on the rem sleep properly so try not to die too much while sleeping.

 

Check your sleep setting also is it set to Normal or Sensitive if on normal then change it to sensitive (via app)
