I am getting increasingly aggravated with my Fitbit Blaze. When I first received it, it would not sync with bluetooth on my computer so I was sent a usb in the mail, which also has trouble syncing. Now I'm dealing with the problem of doing a workout (20-50 minutes in the 120-130 HR zone) and having zero active minutes show up. A few weeks ago, it tracked the active minutes I did with no issues - even if they were short (9 minutes). Now I get nothing. I even manually added the exercise, on top of clicking the exercise button before start and still...no active minutes.
I feel like I got a faulty Fitbit. I am hoping there is a solution. I want it to work properly so bad.
Thank you.

Mine is doing the exact same thing! I do CrossFit and in a 45 minute session I’m logging zero active minutes! Absolutely infuriating! Especially when I see my heart rate hitting 130 in the warm up and 160 during AMRAP. But yet, no active minutes. And sometimes it won’t even count my steps. I know it’s the Blaze itself bc my Charge HR records every single thing when I wear it.

I am having the same issue with my Blaze not tracking minutes active or floors. It's been consistently faulty in tracking steps since I purchased it, but I accepted that as improper arm motion when walking or other user error. I figured it just made me work harder to achieve my goal.
Today was kind of the low point of my frustration because my partner and I went for a hike and did yard work. I got zero floors while he got well over 50; I got 11 active minutes and he got 112.
I purchased the device to monitor activity and engage in some fun, motivating, and friendly competition. All with hopes that improved overall health would follow. Unfortunately, the Blaze is a glorified watch that finds the monitoring inaccurate and my stats being at the bottom for most competitions.
I've reset the device multiple times, loosened and tightened the band, made sure my skin was dry, changed the device to my dominant wrist, and even turned the device upside down in case being nearer the pulse point would help (I realize this is probably ridiculous thinking) but all without accurate tracking.
I'd love it if there was a fix.
