Blaze Alarm failure

Everything looked right--set the alarm on my phone app and synced with my blaze (checked the alarm setting on my blaze.) The alarm failed to go off two days in a row! I thought it might have been user error the first time, but I'm sure there must be something wrong now!

Welcome to the Community @Nataliekaym Woman Happy @Yorkie10 and @Soldiergirl it's great to see you around. Are you tapping the check mark to turn off your alarms? If you are and this is not working, I recommend pressing the button instead of tapping and also I suggest to Restart your Blaze.

I hope this helps, let me know the outcome. Woman Wink

Try deleting the alarm, sync it, re-add the alarm, sync again.

Yes, I tapped the check mark on the screen. My alarm did not go off again this morning. I deleted the alarm and reprogram, hopefully It will work tomorrow morning. One of the reason. I purchased the Blaze is because my iPhone alarm sound causes my daughter's dog barking every morning and wakes everyone up. I will try to press the button next time. I am sure there is a firmware bug need to be corrected.
