Would like a "find my phone" function fra the watch and be able to start countdown/timer while in exerice.

I was able to find existing requests that are similar to the ones you're suggesting so I'd recommend going to the Feature Request board to add your vote and comments to each of them and hopefully in the future, we'll see something like this implemented. Here are the requests:

 

-Using Timer or Stopwatch While Tracking Exercise - Blaze

-Phone Location / Find my Phone
